This initiative supports Team Members who are ready to grow, elevate their business, and reach their next milestone.

 

 

How It Works

 

  • Must have previously achieved Team Leader or higher
  • Your baseline rank is the title you held in March 2026
  • Advance at least one rank higher and maintain your new rank for one additional month during the period
  • Team Members who have previously achieved a qualifying rank is not eligible for this specific payout (for example. Title Plus)

How the Bonus Is Earned

 

Your payout is based on the highest rank achieved above your March baseline, provided that you reach that rank twice during the promotion period.

Bonus will be paid one month after the blitz. Any cancelations or returns will be applied to the calculations.

  • March Baseline: Team Elite
  • April: Jade Executive
  • May: Pearl Executive
  • June: Pearl Executive

Earn the Pearl Executive payout.

Notes

 

Bonus Payout Timing: All qualifying accounts will be reviewed during the month following the qualification period. Bonus payouts will be issued after this review is completed. As a result, there will be a one-month delay between when a qualification is achieved and when the bonus is paid.

 

All accounts will be subject to a corporate audit to prevent fraudulent activity during this incentive period. Any violators of Synergy’s Policies & Procedures will be disqualified.
